Black Reef Sand MBreda® is a black soil made from calcium carbonate and special resins.

The soil goes through a special granule selection process, in which the noblest material is separated to be used. In the cleaning preparation, an exclusive protection is applied that avoids the clouding of the water in the assembly, improving the quality, aesthetics and practicality of use.

Developed for use in marine aquariums, where crystal clear water is ideal for fish, corals and invertebrates. During assembly, it is possible that some granules float due to the oxygen trapped on their surface, which occurs due to the static generated during manufacturing.

It may give off a characteristic resin odor when opening the package, this is normal and can be used without problems as it is inert and non-toxic.

For use in aquariums already set up, we recommend that the change be made gradually, day by day, in order to avoid sudden changes and destabilization of the system that was already balanced with the old substrate.

Free of nitrates, phosphates and silicates.

Soil with alkaline pH.
