Vulcan Black Rocks MBreda have predominantly black color.

The MBreda® line of Vulcan Rocks was developed especially for the Marine aquarium. 

Manufactured with special methods that create pores and cavities in the rocks, providing unique and natural looking rocks, similar to volcanic rocks.

The high porosity of Vulcan Rocks provides large surface areas for beneficial bacteria to colonize. They help in the biological filtration of the system, and can be compared with biological media.

Due to its low density and high porosity, MBreda® Vulcan Rocks retain water inside, changing their weight in relation to moisture.

Each 1 liter of Vulcan Rock MBreda® has a volume equivalent to 2.6 kg of common rock. Volume-by-density comparison with natural Black Rock.

• It is necessary to use CO2 for pH control.
• The rocks of the Vulcan Black line are developed with alkaline aggregates, the water will remain hard with a variation of 8 to 20 dGH, which will depend on the amount of rocks used in the aquarium.
• Beforehand, check the species of plants that you will use in the aquarium and if they accept this hardness range.
